Tribal Belly Dance is empowering and helps women feel confident sexy and strong, both physically and mentally. It promotes self-expression, self-discovery, and community. Through Tribal Belly Dance, you will learn how to isolate movement on your body and gain control over it. You will develop strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that targets the connective tissues and joints. It offers a range of physical and emotional benefits, including improved flexibility and joint mobility, reduced stress and anxiety, improved circulation, increased mindfulness, better sleep, and improved digestion. Overall, yin yoga is a beneficial practice for those looking to improve their physical and emotional well-being.

Inner Dance

This is a form of active meditation that combines movement and mindfulness to help you connect with your body, mind, and emotions. In our sessions, we guide you through a movement journey that focuses on the chakras and the five elements. This journey helps you become aware of any blocked or stuck emotions and release them through movement. As you move, you become more present and aware of your body, allowing you to let go of stress, anxiety, and any other negative emotions.

Inquiry-Based Coaching empowers clients to connect with their core issues and achieve lasting personal growth. It creates a safe space for exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through inquiry, hidden patterns and beliefs are uncovered, leading to self-compassion, harmony, and personal growth.
